Cleaning & Maintenance:
- Backwashing the water filter can be done with ease when the flow rate slows. Only use clean water to backwash.
- Before storing away the filter, backwash with clean water and then soak in a mild vinegar solution to disinfect the filter.
- After cleaning, let the filter air dry and store in a cool and dry location.
- Shelf Life: 5 years. After Initial Use: 3 years.
